Yorkshire’s opening match of the season starts on April 5 at Headingley against Leicestershire. “Now that Brooky isn’t going to the IPL, I suspect he’s going to be available for us for the first few games, including [against] Leicestershire,” Gibson told the Yorkshire website.Brook said in a statement when pulling out of the IPL that “nothing is more important to me than family”. His decision to withdraw will enable him to be with them in Yorkshire while still playing competitively.Gibson also hinted that Joe Root will be made available for some early-season fixtures by the ECB, having opted out of IPL 2024 himself. “He [Brook] loves playing for us, and Rooty is also going to be available for some games in that early period,” Gibson said. “Having those two playing for us would be special.”

Em 2020, sofreu lesões na coxa esquerda e panturrilha direita, desgaste muscular e edema ósseo no joelho direito, além de ter sido diagnosticado com Covid-19. No ano passado, teve problema muscular na coxa esquerda e fibrose na coxa direita.

Em dezembro de 2021, precisou realizar uma cirurgia no joelho esquerdo e acabou sofrendo uma inflamação no local. Por conta destas complicações, ficou afastado dos gramados até maio deste ano.

O defensor segue se recuperando da lesão no joelho e espera retornar no começo da próxima temporada. Vale lembrar que Flamengo disputará o Mundial de Clubes em fevereiro e espera contar com todos os jogadores do plantel.

O contrato do zagueiro se encerra em dezembro de 2023. Com isso, Rodrigo Caio terá mais uma temporada para provar que pode corresponder fisicamente e ser importante. Pelo Flamengo, conquistou duas Libertadores, dois Brasileiros, Copa do Brasil, duas Supercopas, Recopa e três Estaduais.

ومن المقرر أن يتم بث قرعة دوري أبطال أوروبا للموسم الجديد 2025/2026 عبر شاشة قنوات بي إن سبورتس الناقل الحصري بالمنطقة العربية.

وتستضيف مدينة “موناكو” الفرنسية مراسم قرعة مرحلة الدوري من دوري أبطال أوروبا الموسم الجديد، تحت رعاية الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم، “يويفا”.

وقرر الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم “يويفا” تغيير موعد نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا من الساعة 10 مساءً إلى 7 مساءً يوم السبت الموافق 30 مايو 2026 في بودابست.

وأعلن يويفا أن الهدف هو تحسين تجربة يوم المباراة بشكل عام للجماهير والفرق والمدن المضيفة من خلال تحسين العمليات اللوجستية والتشغيلية، مع تقديم العديد من المزايا، كما رغبتهم في جعل يوم المباراة تجربة ممتعة لكل من يرغب في المشاركة في تلك الليلة الرائعة تسهل على العائلات والأطفال حضور أكبر وأهم مباراة كرة قدم للأندية في الموسم.

الهدف أيضًا هو زيادة نسبة مشاهدة التلفزيون عالميًا، ستكون آسيا المستفيد الأكبر من عدم إقامة المباريات في منتصف الليل.

وأكد ألكسندر تشيفرين، رئيس الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم: “في حين أن انطلاق المباراة في الساعة العاشرة مساءً مناسب لمباريات منتصف الأسبوع، فإن انطلاق المباراة النهائية في وقت مبكر يوم السبت يعني أنها ستنتهي في وقت مبكر، بغض النظر عن الوقت الإضافي أو ركلات الترجيح، ويمنح المشجعين فرصة الاستمتاع ببقية المساء مع الأصدقاء والعائلة، والتفكير في مباراة الموسم”.

الجدير بالذكر أن آخر تغيير أجراه يويفا على نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا كان في 2010، عندما أقر موعد المباراة يوم السبت.

Archie Vaughan, son of former England captain Michael Vaughan, has signed his first professional deal with Somerset.The 18-year-old, a top-order batter and offspinner, has been part of the academy set-up at Taunton since 2020, having attended Millfield school since the age of 15. His deal will begin from November 1 and will initially run across the 2025 and 2026 seasons.Vaughan made his debut for Somerset’s second team in 2022, and plays club cricket locally for Taunton St Andrews. He was part of the main squad’s pre-season tour of the UAE and played against Yorkshire – the county of his father – in the third-place play-off of the Abu Dhabi T20 Counties Super Cup, scoring 35 off 28 balls in a three-wicket win. He has yet to make a first-team appearance.”It’s something that I’ve worked extremely hard for and it’s something that I’ve strived for since I was a kid, so to get the opportunity for a club where I’ve really enjoyed myself over the last few years is an honour,” Archie told Somerset’s club website.”I will be looking to gain as much experience as I can and learn as much as I can from the more experienced players in the dressing-room.”Somerset director of cricket Andy Hurry said: “Archie is a young man with a bright future ahead of him.
