Inter Milan have signed Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United on a three-year deal, reports say. 

Sanchez, 31, has spent the past season on loan at the San Siro since joining the Serie A side in August 2019. The 132-cap Chile international scored four goals for Antonio Conte’s side in all competitions.

Man United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed he will move to Milan on a permanent deal.

Speaking after United’s Europa League win over LASK, Solskjaer said the deal would be announced today.

According to the BBC’s Simon Stone, Inter expect to be able to use him for the Europa League last eight. Goals from former Premier League players Romelu Lukaku and Christian Eriksen saw the Nerazzurri reach the quarter-finals on Wednesday night.

“I can confirm that he’s agreed and we’ve agreed,” Solskjaer said. “Alexis enjoyed his time there.

“They’ve liked him, so of course that’s a good move for him. Wish him all the best. He’s a top player, that we want to see play his best football.

“For whatever reason we didn’t see the best of Alexis, but he’s a top professional and we just wish him all the best.”

The Chilean will receive a payout from the Red Devils for cancelling his contract at Old Trafford, which still has two years left to run in theory.

His departure will bring to an end the long-running saga which has plagued the club’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward for years.

United beat Manchester City to his signature, signing him from Arsenal on a four-and-a-half year deal with wages worth £400,000-a-week.

Sadly Sanchez failed to live up to expectations, having only scored five goals in 45 games for the Red Devils, and the board will be glad to get him off the books for good.

The veteran was involved in a bust-up with academy graduate Mason Greenwood during pre-season training (The Sun).

However, Sanchez has shown early signs of a revival under Conte, scoring in the 3-0 victory over Genoa last month.

Regardless, finally ridding themselves of a player who has done more harm than good could pave the way for United to sign Solskjaer’s top target Jadon Sancho instead.

No retorno da delegação ao Recife, no último domingo, cerca de 20 integrantes da facção que é proibida de entrar em estádios de Pernambuco e não tem mais apoio do Sport desde dezembro de 2013, cobraram os atletas do Leão no Aeroporto Internacional de Guararapes. Sobraram dedos em riste no rosto de alguns atletas, agressões verbais e até a promessa de um tiro em João Humberto Martorelli, presidente do Sport, que prestou queixa.

No dia seguinte, o volante Rithely, que já soma quatro anos de Sport, foi incisivo ao garantir, em entrevista coletiva, que não aceitará novo episódio semelhante e que “cada ação tem a sua reação”.

Ameaçado mais de uma vez por integrantes da Torcida Jovem, Martorelli não mede palavras ao descrever a organizada como um todo.

– São torcedores entre aspas, pois, na, realidade, são bandidos. Eles formam quadrilhas, são gangues organizadas. O Sport já fez tudo que poderia, já banimos essa quadrilha e o tom do Rithely é justificável. Mas a questão é que esse problema já passou a ser das autoridades – disse o mandatário rubro-negro, ao LANCE!.

Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez came out recently and spoke about his future, stating that he needs to play or he would move club, and now the Argentinian has seemingly added more fuel to the fire with his latest comments on his future.

Speaking to Marca, via The Boot Room, Martinez said: “I want to stay at Arsenal, but if I play more minutes. Because on a personal level, I am a certain age, I am in a game confidence that I need to add as many minutes as possible.

“I am in the sights of 10 teams in Europe, but I can’t say who those clubs are, because it’s nothing concrete. I still do not have a clear situation with Arsenal, when I have it when I return I will make the best decision for my career.”

It is no surprise that ten different teams are interested in the goalkeeper, as the 27 year-old has played nine games in the division since he came in for the injured Leno and kept three clean sheets whilst conceding just nine goals. He has also made 38 saves in these matches, per Premier League, including the great one against Liverpool, so it is understandable that he also wants to be playing and not be second choice.

It would be great for Arsenal if they can keep Martinez as he has proved his quality, and for them, it would mean that they have two very good goalkeepers at the club that they can rely on.

However with him speaking a lot about the need to play it seems like he is either forcing the club to use him more or to sell him and it doesn’t look like it can end well for both parties as it currently stands.

At the moment, the Gunners are not linked with any other goalkeepers so it seems like they still feel like they can keep hold of him, but if he continues talking to the media, then the rumour will not stop until the transfer window closes.

Aloísio chegou ao CT na segunda metade do treino comandado por Milton Cruz. Após conversar com os jogadores e com a comissão técnica, seguiu para o Reffis para fazer testes com o fisioterapeuta Ricardo Sasaki e o médico José Sanchez. Na China estão comentando a possível ida de Luis Fabiano para a equipe treinada pelo Vanderlei Luxemburgo (Tianjin Songjiang)?
Luis cabe em qualquer time do mundo. Ele é um grande centroavante. A gente ficou sabendo sobre isso, não sei de muitos detalhes, mas até vou aproveitar a visita agora para perguntar e dar umas dicas para ele (risos).

Pode ser o substituto do Luis e do Pato em 2016, já que os dois sairão?
​Seria ótimo jogar com os dois, são dois grandes jogadores, estou acompanhando algumas notícias que os dois vão sair. Seria ótimo voltar a vestir essa camisa. Mas é difícil responder essa pergunta. Esse ano foi um ano bom, fui artilheiro do Chinês (com 22 gols) e tem de ver se eles querem liberar.

Manteve as voadoras ativas na China?
​Foi legal a primeira porque quando fiz o lance, a torcida fez “óóó!”. Acho que eles gostaram (risos). Continuei fazendo e eles continuam gritando bastante.

شهد اجتماع مجلس ادارة الاتحاد المصري للمصارعة اليوم مشاجرة، عقب تقديم الدكتورة نرمين رفيق عضو المجلس مذكرة، ذكرت فيها أن أمين الصندوق وجيه عبد العزيز بكير يتعمد عدم صرف مستحقاتها المالية.

وأضافت رفيق في شكواها أنه في نفس الوقت الذي قام فيه وجيه بصرف مستحقات الكثيرين دون ضرورة، لم يقم بصرف المستحقات المتأخرة لها.

وكانت عضوة مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري للمصارعة قد قامت أثناء تواجدها في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بدفع تذكرة الطيران والمستحقات وباقي مدة المعسكر للاعبة الأولمبية إيناس خورشيد الحاصلة على المركز الرابع بأولمبياد طوكيو.

وسددت عضوة المجلس المستحقات، بقرار من مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري حيث كان ذلك في وقت إجازات العيد ولم يستطع أعضاء المجلس تدبير المبلغ المطلوب حينها، ورفضت شركة مصر للسياحة قطع التذكرة بسبب الإجازات وعدم وجود رصيد للاتحاد.

ورفض أمين الصندوق دفع مستحقات عضوة مجلس الإدارة عند عودتها، وتعدى عليها بالسب والقذف داخل مبنى وزارة الشباب والرياضة، وهو الأمر الذي أحيل الى لجنة القيم باللجنة الأولمبية ولا زالت الشكوى تحت التحقيق.

فيما قامت وزارة الشباب والرياضة بتشكيل لجنة من مسئولي إدارة الهيئات الرياضية أقرت في تقريرها أحقية العضوة بصرف مستحقاتها وعدم صحة ادعاءات أمين الصندوق.

وأثناء اجتماع اليوم باتحاد المصارعة أصر أمين الصندوق على موقفه بعدم صرف مستحقاتها معلناً أن قرار الوزارة خاطئ، وقرار مجلس الإدارة لا يعتد به، وأنه المسؤول في جميع الشئون المالية بالاتحاد.

وقالت الدكتورة نرمين رفيق في تصريحات صحفية إن هذه الفترة هي الأسوأ للمجلس بسبب مماراسات أمين الصندوق وشكواه الدائمة في حق زملائه وتعديه عليهم بالقول واللفظ أمام المسئولين وأنها معرضة لفقد مقعدها بالاتحاد الدولي بسبب تأخر صرف مستحقاتها ومستحقات الاتحاد للمشاركة في اجتماع لجنة المرأة بالاتحاد الدولي وتقديم مقترحاتها الخاصة بالمصارعة النسائية عن قارة إفريقيا هذا الشهر بدولة صربيا.

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, the Toffees are interested in signing Sevilla winger Lucas Ocampos after an impressive season in Spain.

It’s claimed that the Italian is aiming to revamp his midfield both centrally and out wide with both Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure potential targets too.

The reliable journalist claims the Argentine is an “exciting player” who the Merseyside outfit have long had an interest in – even under Marco Silva. He’s currently valued at £45m by Transfermarkt, so he won’t come cheap.

Brands amends

But if Everton truly want to launch an assault on those European places next season, it is names like Ocampos’ that they have to swoop in for.

Director of Football Marcel Brands produced a bit of a stinker last summer, splashing out a massive £34m on former Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi, who only delivered one goal in the Premier League all season.

Though this is a chance for the Dutchman to atone for his mistakes with Ocampos in another league to the Nigerian.

Per WhoScored, the 26-year-old has provided 18 goals and four assists whilst averaging 2.6 shots and 2.2 dribbles per game across the Spanish top-flight and the Europa League – the latter of which he has made the final for.

Ocampos is able to play anywhere along the front three too, so Ancelotti won’t be sort of uses for him. He’s pretty much the perfect all-round winger – pace to burn, dribbling skills and at 6 foot 3 a threat in the air, and from set-pieces.

He’s claimed to be playing with “confidence and swagger at the moment” which is something you won’t find in Ancelotti’s 12th-placed strugglers, therefore the Argentina international be the most welcome addition at Goodison Park.
